Some come directly from Domaine Demol, on the Valensole plateau, where our family has been farming the land for several generations. For the rest, we go out into the field to find producers we know and trust.
Do you deliver across France?
Yes, we deliver throughout mainland France, as well as overseas via Colissimo at a rate calculated by weight. Only wines remain limited to mainland France.
Are all your products certified organic?
No, not all our products are certified organic: our almonds, for example. When a product carries organic certification, the European organic logo is the proof.
How are your producers selected?
When our own estate's production isn't enough, we go out into the field to meet producers who do good work. We choose them if they win us over on taste and if their working methods are respectable.
